Do you want to want to get better at your fitness racing, improve your endurance, or mix up your routine with something new. This class is for you.

What to expect

  • High intensity exercise

  • 45 Minutes

  • 5 Minute warm up (if you can, warm up before the class)

  • Demonstrations for all exercises teaching safe techniques & adaptations if needed with ongoing support throughout the class

  • You can go at your own pace

  • It is as hard as you make it

Do you want to get better at everyday movements and enjoy training with a wide variety of equipment, this class is for you.

What to expect

  • High intensity exercise

  • 5 Minute warm up (if you can, warm up before the class)

  • Exercise will change from class to class

  • Demonstrations for all exercises teaching safe techniques & adaptations if needed

  • You can go at your own pace.

  • It is as hard as you make it

  • No, you go at your own pace without worrying about anyone else.

  • I have been teaching people these exercises for over 10 years. Many of them have never stepped foot in a gym. I will make sure you are performing exercises safely and correctly.

  • Every exercise is very easily adaptable to either change the exercise completely or regress the exercise to make it simpler and easier.
